Become Part of the SWISSMAN 2026 Crew

On 20 June 2026, the SWISSMAN takes place. 226 kilometres, 5750 metres of elevation gain – from Lago Maggiore over the Gotthard, Furka, and Grimsel passes to the Kleine Scheidegg, through the heart of the Swiss Alps. To make this possible, we need you.

No Crew, No SWISSMAN.

Anyone who has ever stood at the roadside – on the Gotthard, at the Furka, somewhere between mist and cheers – knows: the SWISSMAN is made by people. Not by logistics, not by spreadsheets. By people who get up early, who cheer, who show up when it counts.

The SWISSMAN lives through its community. And that’s exactly why we’re inviting you to be part of it.

For the crew deployment from 18 to 21 June 2026, we’re looking for motivated volunteers along the entire route – from the start in Ticino to the finish at the Kleine Scheidegg.

New: Registration via Swiss Volunteers

To support our crew even better, we’re working with Swiss Volunteers for the first time in 2026. The platform helps us coordinate shifts clearly, share information quickly – and make sure every volunteer feels well looked after.
